if you want to cancel, you can. the data stays — you can come back years later and the voice is still there. paying again restores the weekly call.

if a call was unwanted (you didn't set it up; someone else gave you a line you didn't want), the "this call was unwanted" link in any notification pauses the account immediately and tells someone here to look at it.
